SoloSoft Strengthens Sales, Adding Accomplished Director of Sales Lew Kious to the Senior Management Team

(Menlo Park, CA) - SoloSoft, an established player in Offshore IT Outsourcing field announced today that it has hired Lew Kious as its new Director of Sales.
Lew comes to SoloSoft from NovusCG, where most recently she was Director of Sales: Global Accounts. He led NovusCG's sales and account relationship functions for major accounts for data-storage management software and services, serving large enterprises worldwide.
Prior to his tenure at SoloSoft, Mr. Kious served as Director, Western Region Sales in Teradata. In Teradata Lew had responsibilities to provide direct management of sales staff spread across the 13 western states, with accountability for the attainment of sales targets. Prior to NovusCG/ Teradata, Lew spent several years in various senior management positions in several compaies including Bank of America where he worked as Vice President: Technology and Communications Services.
SoloSoft will be demonstrating offshore application development services at CTIA WIRELESS IT & Entertainment 2005 in San Francisco, in booth 923.
